INSURANCE
We are happy to assist you in filing your insurance. We accept nearly all insurance plans. In most cases, insurance does not cover the full cost of your surgical care, therefore a deposit is due on the day of surgery. Please note we do not accept the Medicaid insurance, so it would be out of pocket for your visit. Contact us if you have any questions on financial assistance and insurance coverage.
